This page explains how MAGDEV handles information submitted through its public inquiry forms and direct business contact.
MAGDEV may collect the information you submit, including your name, work email, company, role, selected area of interest, inquiry message, consent confirmation, source page, and technical form-protection fields used to reduce spam.
MAGDEV uses inquiry information to review practical operating problems, respond directly, understand whether there is a useful workflow to discuss, and maintain a record of business communications.
HubSpot is used as MAGDEV’s CRM and service provider. Information stored or processed by service providers may be processed outside Canada.
MAGDEV does not sell personal information submitted through its forms.
MAGDEV keeps inquiry and business-contact information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described on this page.
